A glove that is too loose will bunch under load. A glove that is too tight will restrict circulation and cause fatigue.

Measure Correctly

Measure the circumference of your dominant hand around the widest part of your palm in a fist shape, excluding the thumb. Use this measurement to select your size.

Aim for a Snug Fit

The glove should feel close across the fingers and palm without cutting off circulation. There should be no excess fabric at the fingertips.

Check Finger Length

Your fingers should reach the end of the glove without pressure. Control depends on fingertip sensitivity.

Assess Movement
